Werk #9331: Fixed editing interface configuration that is part of a cluster

When editing a non-VLAN network interface configuration while this interface is configured as cluster interface the error message "You tried to delete the VLAN interface %s which is used ..." could occur during saving and prevent chaning the configuration.
