This check monitors the chassis fan state of Avaya 45xx devices.

The state of the service is given by the device itself:

- OK: Removed, Disabled, Normal, Obsoleted

- WARN: Reset in progress, Testing, Warning, Non fatal error, Not configured

- CRIT: Fatal error

- UNKNOWN: Other, Not available

The check uses the S5-CHASSIS-MIB.
