Werk #10611: ntopng intergration: List of fixes

Styling:

• Adapt styling to dark and light theme.
• Prevent pie chart labels from overlapping.
• Improve layout of tables and navigation.

Crashes:

• In case the given ntopng user name has insufficients rights to see the data, a warning is now shown.
• In case the user mapping is derived from the custom attribute "ntopng username" and this attribute is empty, all ntop links will now be hidden.
