Werk #13108: Fix NotADirectoryError on user profile cleanup background job

If LDAP connections were used, the file "ldap_MYCONNECTION_sync_time.mk" could cause error entries in ~/var/log/web.log, because the file was treated as directory.

From now on, files in ~/var/check_mk/web will be ignored on cleanup because we only want to cleanup abandoned user directories.
