Add new windows agent plugin nvidia_smi to monitor Nvidia graphics cards on windows. You can configure the path to the nvidia-smi.exe for this agent plugin.
Add the following new check plugins:
- nvidia_smi_temperature
- nvidia_smi_power
- nvidia_smi_memory_util
- nvidia_smi_gpu_util
- nvidia_smi_en_de_coder_util
