This check monitors the diagnostic result and alarms of modules connected to the slots of Perle Meadiconverter devices which support the PERLE-MCR-MGT MIB.

The check is OK, if all results are passed. It goes WARN if a firmware download is required. The check is CRIT if media converters module's PHY is not functional. Moreover if the devices reports at least one alarm the check also goes CRIT. Otherwise it's OK.
