Checks the status of a APC Automatic Transfer Switch.

The service goes CRIT if:

- the power source has changed since last inventory

- the communication status gets lost

- the redundancy is lost

- the current ouput power exceeded the maximum limit for swiching to the alternate power source

- the 1V, 3.3V, 5V or 24V (if available) supply fails

This check uses the PowerNet-MIB.
