This check monitors the CPU Utilization of Avaya 45xx devices.
You can configure upper levels for CRIT/WARN (default 90.0, 95.0).
The service goes WARN/CRIT if the CPU Utilization exceeds these levels.
The check uses the S5-CHASSIS-MIB.
