This check monitors the fan status of Avaya 88xx devices.

The service is

- OK for state "running" (2)

- CRIT for state "down" (3)

- UNKOWN for state "Reported unknown" (1)

The check uses the RAPID-CITY-MIB.

One service is created for each chassis fan.
