This check monitors the rate of reset TCP packets for AWS/NetworkELB services.
To make this check work you have to configure the related
special agent {Amazon Web Services (AWS)}.
Discovery
One service is created if all required metrics (TCP_Client_Reset_Count, TCP_ELB_Reset_Count, TCP_Target_Reset_Count) are given.
