AWS v2: Agent info

Included in All Checkmk editions
Source Code License Open Source
Supported Agents Aws_V2

This check shows what one run of the AWS special agent reached.

It counts the accounts the agent monitored. It goes CRIT for each account the agent could not reach, for example because the role in that account cannot be assumed, and for a failed login. The service details show the reason.

Regions an account has not enabled and sections a service control policy denies are shown as information. They do not change the state.

To make this check work you have to configure the related special agent Amazon Web Services (AWS) v2.

Discovery

One service is created on the host of the special agent rule.
