This check reports the percentages of IO consumption, storage used and server log storage used. You can configure levels using the rule "Azure DB Storage".

One service is created for each database if any of the required metrics (average_io_consumption_percent, average_disk_iops_consumed_percentage, average_storage_percent, average_serverlog_storage_percent) are given.
