This check reports the total requests, throttled requests (429 status code), failed requests (404 status code), and the throttled request ratio for a Microsoft Cosmos DB database container.

The check monitors the ratio of throttled requests to total requests and can alert when this ratio exceeds configured thresholds.

The thresholds can be configured using the rule "Azure Cosmos DB Databases Container Requests".
