This check monitors the voltage, current, and active and apparent power of Bachmann Bluenet Monitored Power Line Connectors (PLCs). It uses the NETTRACK-E3METER-SNMP to extract the data from the device.

Lower and upper warning and critical levels can be configured for this check. A non-OK state is triggered according to these levels.

One service is created for each power meter on the device with a non-zero voltage.
