This check monitors the number and states of PGs of Ceph storage systems.

The check is OK in case of 'active', 'backfill', 'backfill too full', 'clean', 'creating', 'deep', 'peering', 'recovering', 'recovery waiting', 'remapped', 'repair', 'scrubbing', 'undersized' and 'wait backfill'. It is WARN if 'degraded' or 'replay' and CRIT if 'down', 'incomplete', 'inconsistent', 'peered' or 'stale', otherwise UNKNOWN.
