Rittal CMC-III Units: General State

This check monitors the general status of the units attached to the Rittal CMC-III. The state given by the system is taken as the state of the check as follows: If the device returns lost or error, the check is CRIT. If the device returns detect or changed, the check is WARN. If the device returns OK, the check is OK. Otherwise the check is UNKNOWN.

Firmware versions using the MIB of firmware V3.15.20 are supported.

Item

By default the name of the device is used. If the discovery option "Use sensor description" from the ruleset "Rittal CMC III discovery" is active, the number of the device followed by the name of the device is used.

One service is created for each state.
