Dell iDRAC: Status of Raid Controller BBUs

This check monitors the state of the battery of a raid controller in a Dell device. The check will be UNKNOWN if the state is "missing" or "unknown", WARN if the state is "non-critical" or "charging", CRIT if the state is "failed" or "below threshold" and OK if no problem is detected.
