The states of a fan is checked here. Also the name of the fan is added to the output. The state will change to WARN if "Non critical upper" or "Non critical lower" is reported by the appliance. The state will change to CRIT if one of the following: "Critical upper", "Non recoverable upper", "Critical lower", "Non recoverable lower", "Failed". For "Other" and "Unknown" the state will be uNKNOWN.

Thresholds can be also defined by the common ruleset for fans.
