Monitors the operational state of BIG-IP tenant instances running on an F5 Networks rSeries appliance. Alerts when a tenant is not in the Running state. Transient states (Starting, Stopping) yield WARNING; all other non-running states yield CRITICAL.

One service is created per tenant instance.
