This check collects known exceptions during the execution of the special agent agent_gcp for monitoring Google Cloud Platform:

- PermissionDenied if the CLoud Asset API has not been enabled or Cloud IAM/Monitoring permissions were not set up correctly - HttpError if BigQuery permissions to use the cost service were not set up correctly

The service is OK if no exceptions occur otherwise it goes CRIT.
