This check monitors the cpu utilization of Cloud Run and reports

- 50th, 95th and 99th percentile of cpu utilization in percent

To make this check work you have to configure the related special agent Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

There are no default levels. Upper levels on a chosen percentile of the utilization are configurable via the rule "GCP/Cloud Run CPU utilization".
