This check is based on the RED (Rate, Error, Duration) Method for monitoring services. It monitors the amount and rate of requests through the following OTel metrics * http.server.requests.duration which is emitted by http services * rpc.server.duration which is emitted by rpc services or if none of those is available: * traces.span.metrics.duration which is emitted on a collector level and is used as fallback
