Papouch TH2E Devices: Dew Point Sensors

This check monitors dew point sensors of Papouch TH2E devices.

The device sends the state itself. The check is OK if the state is OK. it goes UNKNOWN if the sensor isn't available any more. The check reports WARN, if there's an over or under flow and it is CRIT if there's an error. Lower and upper levels are configurable. There are no default levels set.
