Robotmk Scheduler Status

Provides information about the Robotmk scheduler status.

The check reports which suites are planned to be executed on the host, and their most important settings. It also shows the current phase of the scheduler, which can be "Environment creation" (if RCC is in use) or "Suite Scheduling". The service will be WARN if the scheduling config does not contain any actionable plan. The service will be CRIT if:

- the scheduler was not able to read its configuration

- if the creation of RCC environments failed
