According to the Azure API documentation offers of type MS-AZR-0145P, MS-AZR-0146P, MS-AZR-159P, MS-AZR-0036P, MS-AZR-0143P, MS-AZR-0015P and MS-AZR-0144P do not have a consuption API. The agent no longer crashes in this case.
