During Uninstall Windows Agent can clean Program data directory.
By default Windows Agent removes own files and folders.
The behaviour of the agent is controlled using yml config key system.cleanup_uninstall, possible values are
- none - do nothing
- smart - remove owned by the Agent files and subfolders
- all - remove all files and subfolders in the Windows Agent Program Data directory
