Checkmk versions & editions

2.0.0b1	Checkmk Raw (CRE), Checkmk Enterprise (CEE), Checkmk MSP (CME)

Old Checkmk versions displayed the user in the top right and the version in the top left of the window. Now the user and version are displayed at the beggining of the user and help menu, respectively.

The global setting "Show Checkmk edition & version in the sidebar" is removed.
