This change addresses the error "Apply lag has NULL value in v$dataguard_stats" that can occur when checking the DataGuard configuration status and that results in an empty "apply lag" field.

The checkmk will now yield a WARN state with description "No value for apply lag" when encoutering an empty "apply lag" field.
