Werk #13388: Tree of folders snapin: Fix default dropdowns

The snapin's second dropdown was not rendered when initially added to the sidebar. Only after choosing an option from the first dropdown, the second one appeared. This behavior is fixed to both dropdowns being visible upon the snapin's intial addition to the sidebar.
