Werk #13516: mongodb_replica: Show both active and passive secondaries

The check plugin mongodb_replica, which monitors the status of MongoDB replica sets, now displays both active and passive secondaries. Before, the plugin displayed only active secondaries.

Note that users have to update the MongoDB agent plugin of affected hosts.
