The Fritz!Box check plugins did not handly empty data correctly:

• fritz_wan_if crashed with KeyError (NewLayer1DownstreamMaxBitRate).
• fritz_conn, fritz_config and fritz_link reported UNKNOWN.

Now, these plugins go stale instead, as expected.
