Werk #15950: Management boards: Use correct metric units and scalings

Metrics and graphs of management interface services might have used wrong units or might have been scaled incorrectly. For example, some of the filesystem metrics produced by the plugin hr_fs were displayed too small by a factor of 1024^2 for management boards.
