If your users have the permission Business Intelligence > See all hosts and services, they see every element of an aggregation. The availability of that aggregation, however, was computed only from the history of the hosts and services they are a contact of.
Depending on the setup, this led to two kinds of wrong results:
- Users who are a contact of only some services of an aggregation (for example with Authorization settings set to Strict) got "n/a" in every column of the availability table and "No information available" in the timeline.
- Users who are a contact of only a part of the aggregation got numbers computed from that part alone, e.g. 0% CRIT although a service they could see in the tree was CRIT.
The availability of an aggregation is now computed from the same hosts and services the BI view shows. Users without the permission still only see the history of their own hosts and services, just like before.
