This werk resolves errors similar to those addressed in Werk #14420. Specifically, it fixes the following issues:

C+: Parsing of section docker_container_network failed C-: and C+: Parsing of section docker_container_labels failed C-:

As these are inventory plug-ins, there will be no explicit way of letting affected user know about the issue. Instead, the affected inventory information will simply not be discovered.
