If the "Time since last UPS selftest" under "Setup > Services > Service monitoring rules > UPS selftest" option is configured and used for the apc_symmetra_test service, it crashes with the error

TypeError ('>=' not supported between instances of 'int' and 'str')

This has been fixed.
