As of this werk, the Perf-O-Meters showing network interface throughputs use the interface speed as the maximum value and fill up linearly up to this value. If the speed is not available, the Perf-O-Meter will fill up linearly up to 1 Gbit/s and fill up non-linearly afterwards, as before.
