Since werk #18651 in 2.4.0p14, using "Analyze rule set with this notification" option on the "Analyze recent notifications" page showed no results any more. Also errors like "KeyError: 'WHAT'" were logged in the ~/var/log/notify.log.

This has been fixed and results are shown again.
