Updated HTML email templates to render correctly on mobile devices, improving overall responsiveness.

Bug fixes included:

  • "Event summary" for bulk notifications now shows the correct host per entry
  • "View event history" link in bulk emails now directs to the events view
  • "Service details" now respects the given width
  • Icon for additional details is only attached if needed
  • Icons for single sections are not shown in dark mode for IOS devices
