Previously, the alert timeline and notification timeline dashlets timed out after 110 seconds when their time range included the hour of a DST spring-forward transition (e.g. the last Sunday of March in Europe). During fall-back transitions, the repeated hour was silently skipped.

Both issues are fixed. The dashlets now render correctly across all DST transitions.
