Werk 19066 attempted to fix the reappearance of vanished services on the service discovery page immediately after clicking Accept all. This caused multiple discrepancies between what happened in the backend and what was shown in the frontend.

Therefore, werk 19066 is reverted.

There will be another fix for the underlying problem.
