Monitor > Overview now has a Network devices dashboard, right below Linux hosts and Windows hosts. It shows the health of your switches, Fibre Channel switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers and appliances.
What it shows
- Device states and service statistics
- Counts of
CRITdata sources, interfaces, power supplies and fans, and temperatures - Top 10 lists for interface bandwidth and errors, temperature, lowest uptime and slowest SNMP polling
- A device table with inventory data
Which hosts are included
Hosts whose label cmk/device_type is switch, router, firewall,
wlc, fcswitch or appliance. Checkmk sets this label from the SNMP
system description. To include other devices, clone the dashboard and
adjust its filters.
