Predefined conditions can be shared with additional contact groups via their "Share with" option. Previously this sharing had no effect: a predefined condition that was shared with one of your contact groups, but not editable by you, was not offered when selecting a predefined condition, for example in the rule editor. Only members of the owner contact group and users with the "Write access to all predefined conditions" permission could use such a condition. This has been fixed.

Note that this only affects the use of shared conditions. Editing them was and still is reserved for the owner contact group.
