When you picked another dashboard from the dashboard selection at the top of the page, the titles of all widgets could be missing. The widgets themselves were shown and worked normally, only their titles were gone. Reloading the page brought them back.

Dashboards with many widgets were affected more often. The titles are now computed once per dashboard, so they no longer go missing.
