The License services of VMware ESX and vCenter hosts ignored their levels
and stayed OK no matter how many licenses were in use. This affected the
default setting Go critical if all licenses are used as well as levels
configured in the ruleset VMware licenses (Absolute levels for unused
licenses and Percentual levels for unused licenses). This regression was
introduced in Checkmk 2.5.0.
The configured levels are evaluated again. After the update, services whose
licenses are used up, or whose unused licenses fall below your configured
levels, change to WARN or CRIT.
