Open Hardware Monitor plugin is updated to correctly support new Intel and AMD CPU's.
Previous Version of the plugin was not able to show some important parameters( like power and temperature ) for some modern CPU's: Kabylake and other.
Also new plugin correctly supports newest Samsung's SSD.
