A special agent and checks to support monitoring of splunk instances.

With the first checks it is possible to monitor:

• Licenses on their state and expiration
• License usage
• Splunk system messages
• Splunk jobs
• Splunk health (component monitoring)
• Splunk alerts (fired alerts within splunk)
