Custom Graphs now support timeseries transformations. Now one can calculate the percentile of a given timeseries. Just go to the custom graph designer and pick a metric. The transformations field will activate imediately and let you choose the option: Percentile within the timerange.
Configure which percentile you want. Integer from 0 to 100 and click the button: Apply transform.
