In a cluster configuration changes can only be done on the cluster master. During a change the cluster master synchronizes these changes to it's cluster partner. When the cluster partner was offline during changes, the resulting web page was not rendered properly, because the sync could not be performed.
Now, with this firmware, the sync process is marked as "pending" while the partner is not reachable. When the partner is reachable again, the config files are synced to the partner.
