It is possible to move all resources from one node to the other one when having a cluster with both nodes up and running. This mechanism had some timing problems which prevented the cluster resources from being moved to the other node when moving the resources took longer than 15 seconds.
The mechanism has been rewritten to provide improved logging details for easier debugging, the user feedback is now clearer and the timeout for the migration has been extended to 120 seconds.
