It is now possible to configure VLAN subinterfaces on physical or bonding interfaces. With this change each interface can be configured to be a member of different VLANs. Once configured virtual subinterfaces are created for each VLAN.
For each of the interfaces you can choose to use "tagged VLANs" instead of the default "simple IP configuration".
